About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing and Scheduling Coordinator with experience in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will manage invoicing, billing, and scheduling tasks while using Maximo and Beeline software to ensure efficient operations and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process invoices, review work orders for accuracy, and resolve billing issues.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules for technicians/contractors, adjust as needed to meet service timelines.
- Software Utilization: Use Maximo for work orders and Beeline for scheduling and invoicing.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports, ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in invoicing and scheduling within utilities.
- Proficiency in Maximo and Beeline software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
